Calendula has a long history of use in botanical skin preparations. In this salve, calendula flowers are infused into jojoba oil to create a gentle botanical base for dry and delicate skin.

Combined with rich shea butter, protective beeswax and vitamin E, the result is a beautifully simple salve that helps leave skin feeling soft, conditioned, comfortable and nourished.

Ingredients: Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Cera Alba, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Tocopherol.

Directions: Using clean, dry fingers, apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and gently massage until absorbed.

Use as needed on hands, elbows, knees, heels, cuticles, dry patches or other areas in need of extra moisture and protection.

A little goes a long way. For especially dry areas, apply a slightly thicker layer before bedtime and allow the salve to remain on the skin overnight.

Warning: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to deep or open wounds. Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs. Patch testing is recommended before first use, particularly for sensitive skin. Keep out of reach of children.

Individuals with known sensitivities or allergies to plants in the Asteraceae/Compositae family, including calendula, should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Because this is a natural balm, texture may soften in warm temperatures without affecting normal use.
